Job Title: Inventory Clerk
Job Description
We are seeking two Inventory Clerks to join our team. After completing the training period, there is a possibility that one of these positions may transition to the second shift based on operational needs.
Responsibilities
Work in the warehouse area conducting finished goods and raw material counts to ensure storage locations are accurate.
Perform daily reconciliation of inventory and investigate any discrepancies in counts.
Engage in core warehouse work processes such as receiving, picking, shipping, and custom packaging.
Understand and apply inventory management methods like first-expired-first-out (FEFO) and first-in-first-out (FIFO) for raw materials.
Monitor and identify short shelf life, expired, and slow-moving inventory to reduce product loss.
Take ownership of mock recalls and product withdrawals, systematically following identified product lot codes and transactions.
Maintain the cycle count schedule to monitor the health of lot/item/location integrity and prioritize issues causing inventory discrepancies.
Identify and investigate all inventory discrepancies and perform root cause analysis.
Essential Skills
Experience in inventory control, cycle counts, and warehouse inventory management.
Proficient in data entry and computer skills, including Outlook and Excel.
Experience with sitdown and standup forklifts.
Ability to perform monthly variance analysis.
Forklift certified or able to obtain certification.
Experience utilizing a vehicle-mounted unit/scanning.
Experience with a large ERP system, preferably Oracle.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Fluent in written and verbal English.
Able to consistently lift up to 50 pounds throughout the day.
Must have at least 12 - 18 months of experience.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in making reports from Excel.
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as needed.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $21.00/hr.
