A bit about us:

AmLaw Firm seeks to add a Conflicts Counsel to their team! The ideal candidate would have at least 2+ years of experience in conflicts clearance and the review of outside counsel guidelines. Previous experience in a large law firm is preferred, however, if you don't have that background but have a strong background in conflicts clearance, we want to hear from YOU!

Job Details

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in WA, CA, or AZ
• 2 + years of experience in Conflicts Clearance and the review of Outside Counsel Guidelines (OCGs) in a large law firm
• Prior experience with InTapp Open and Terms is (preferred, not required!)
• Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Adobe and Database Management is (preferred, not required!)
