Overall responsibility for optimizing productivity at the site while ensuring customer satisfaction, compliance with company and government regulations and continuous improvement of operations at the location.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provides overall direction and administration of his/her site-based operation.
  • Manages the assigned personnel, equipment, material, and subcontractors. This includes all administrative requirements.
  • Ensures work performance is planned and coordinated according to schedule, quality and budget objectives.
  • Assists the assigned salesman with sales of all Wrist service lines.
  • Maintains the project worksite in a safe and environmentally sound condition per DOT, EPA, and SA requirements.
  • Act as Wrist single point of contact with the customer for all operations issues.
  • Direct the overall plan to meet schedule safety, quality and budget objectives.
  • Ensure all administrative and control requirements are met in accordance with the division's management and control practices.
  • Manage and supervise assigned Wrist personnel and subcontractors.
  • Initiate corrective action for unsatisfactory performance in accordance with company regulations.
  • Understands daily revenue, cost and overtime percentages.
  • Carryout all company policies.
  • Monitor morale of personnel and endeavor to maintain a high level and "can do" attitude.
  • Maintain working knowledge of current, applicable regulations.
  • Maintain awareness and share information regarding new and better methods.
  • Interface daily with the customer's point of contact.
  • Maintain a problem-solving attitude and attempt to procure additional work.
  • Conduct prior to start of job "walks" as necessary.
  • Actively participate in the feedback evaluation process.
  • Maintain a detailed, daily diary of events.
  • Assist the salesman with work estimates, sampling and/or completing lead sheet/questionnaire information.
  • Maintain assigned equipment and vehicles in a good working condition utilizing the division planned maintenance system.
  • Provide annual personnel evaluation (in writing) for all assigned personnel.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:
  • While performing job functions the employee is regularly required to sit, stand, write, review and type reports, compile data, operate a pc, communicate, listen, and assess information.
  • The employee may move about the office complex, may travel to other office locations, and may lift, push, pull or move 75 pounds.
  • The employee is regularly required to walk to the dock.
  • This position may regularly travel domestically or internationally.
  • Visual requirements include distant, close and color vision, and ability to adjust focus.
