?? Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain project schedules and site logistics plans

• Lead daily field operations, including coordination of materials, tools, and teams

• Oversee site safety, quality, and environmental compliance

• Mentor and train field staff, including assistant superintendents and engineers

• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, trade partners, and stakeholders

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• 5–10+ years of commercial construction experience

• Strong knowledge of multiple trades and construction processes

• Proven ability to manage field operations on complex projects

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team development skills

• Proficient in construction scheduling and project management systems
