Source One Technical Solutions is supporting our client in hiring an SAP Logistics Analyst to join the logistics systems team supporting an autonomous vehicle manufacturer's advanced supply chain operations. In this role, you will help logistics teams navigate SAP EWM and Materials Management (MM) processes while ensuring accurate tracking and management of key operational documents such as Purchase Orders, Stock Transport Orders, Inbound Deliveries, and Transport Units. SAP Logistics Analyst (EWM/MM) – Supply Chain Systems

Pay: $34.56 per hour (W-2)

Schedule: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities/SAP Process Support:

• Support logistics teams in navigating SAP EWM and MM workflows
• Provide guidance on SAP process flows and system best practices
• Assist team members with basic SAP system questions and workflow navigation

Document Tracking & Management:

• Track and manage logistics documents including:
• Purchase Orders (PO)
• Stock Transport Orders (STO)
• Inbound Deliveries
• Delivery Dates
• Transport Units (TU)
• Ensure documentation is accurate, complete, and aligned with logistics workflows

System Support & Troubleshooting:

• Identify minor SAP or operational system issues
• Recommend potential solutions and escalate complex problems to senior team members
• Assist with monitoring document status and workflow progression within SAP

Training & Team Support:

• Help logistics team members understand SAP process flows
• Provide guidance on correct document handling and tracking procedures
• Support onboarding or knowledge sharing related to SAP logistics processes

Process Improvement:

• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Assist with developing and maintaining internal SAP process documentation
• Build deeper expertise in SAP EWM and MM modules

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree with 2–4 years of relevant experience, or
• Master's degree with 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or related field
• Hands-on experience using SAP, particularly:
• SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management)
• SAP MM (Materials Management)
• Strong Excel and data analysis skills
• Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes including:
• Purchase Orders
• Stock Transport Orders
• Delivery and inbound logistics management
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment

Preferred (Not Required):

• Experience supporting warehouse or distribution operations
• Experience troubleshooting SAP logistics workflows
• Experience documenting system or operational processes
• Exposure to supply chain analytics or operational reporting
• Experience working in high-volume logistics or manufacturing environments
