Job Description

The Operations Material Handler will support daily logistics operations including receiving, inspecting, and organizing incoming inventory, restocking shelves, and assisting with outbound shipping tasks. This role plays a critical part in maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting the overall operations of the facility. Candidates should be dependable, detail oriented, and eager to grow within a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and inventory

• Restock shelves and maintain organized storage areas

• Support shipping tasks including preparing materials for outbound orders

• Ensure accurate documentation and tracking of inventory

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment

• Follow daily workflows and support operational needs as assigned

• Receive, inspect, and restock marketing materials and laptops or hardware items

• Pick, pack, and fulfill shipping requests for marketing and hardware items

• Replenish stock and perform inventory counts

• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and carts as needed

• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong reliability and commitment to consistent attendance

• High attention to detail

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Interest in career growth within operations or logistics

• Ability to work on site in Redwood City from 8am to 5pm

Nice to Have Skills and Experience

• Prior warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experience

• Experience in logistics or material handling environments
