Senior Manager, Clinical Supplies Planning & Logistics

Location: San Fran, California, USA (hybrid)

Our client - an innovative, publicly traded biotech with a first-in-class small-molecule pipeline - is searching for a seasoned CSPL leader to run global IP forecasting, packaging, labeling, and distribution for Phase I-III studies.

What You'll Do

• Build study-level demand forecasts and supply plans.
• Select, contract, and manage CMOs, depots, and logistics vendors.
• Design compliant packaging/labeling and blinding strategies worldwide.
• Lead IRT/RTSM implementation and life-cycle support.
• Author IP documents, train sites, and ensure inspection readiness.
• Oversee import/export, temperature excursions, and drug accountability.
• Partner across Clinical Ops, QA, CMC, and Regulatory to meet timeline and budget goals.

What We're Looking For

• B.S. or higher and 10+ years in biotech/pharma—6+ years specific to clinical supplies.
• Track record managing global, blinded, small-molecule trials.
• Strong grasp of cGMP/GCP/GDP and regional import/export rules.
• IRT/RTSM expertise and vendor-management finesse.
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced, cross-functional, partly remote teams.

Compensation | $120 per hour
