Front Office Assistant

Description:

A growing investment firm in SF is seeking a polished and highly organized Front Office Assistant to deliver exceptional, white-glove service in a fast-paced, professional office environment. The ideal candidate will provide front desk/reception duties while also supporting the broader office with general operational support to ensure efficiency. This role requires and in-office presence five days per week.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the first point of contact for guests, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience
  • Manage conference rooms, schedules, and overall office operations
  • Maintain the the overall appearance and presentation of the office and common areas
  • Coordinate mail, packages, vendors, catering, and office supplies
  • Provide administrative and cross-functional support as needed

Qualifications

  • 2+ years of experience in an administrative, office support, or hospitality role
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Service-oriented mindset with a proactive, team-first approach
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
