Mid–Senior Real Estate Associate (4+ Years)

Locations: New York, Boston, Washington, DC, or California

Our client, a leading, internationally recognized law firm, is seeking a mid-level to senior associate to join its real estate transactions practice.

The practice advises clients on a broad range of complex real estate transactions across the full investment lifecycle, including:

• Joint ventures (single-asset, development, and programmatic)
• Real estate financings (lender and borrower side)
• Acquisitions and dispositions
• Recapitalizations and preferred equity investments

Matters span a variety of asset classes, including multifamily, office, industrial, retail, and hospitality.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in real estate transactions at a law firm
• Experience with real estate finance and/or joint venture structures
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills
• Ability to manage multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment
