Provide high-level executive support, including managing complex calendars, coordinating meetings, travel, and events, and preparing presentations and correspondence
Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and efficient coordination
Support strategic priorities by tracking deliverables, managing timelines, and assisting with board, investor, and leadership meeting logistics
Oversee office operations, including reception duties, guest management, communications, mail distribution, and maintaining a professional front office environment
Coordinate administrative functions such as onboarding/offboarding support, office supply management, and meeting logistics including room setup and refreshments
Requirements:
Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred) with 5+ years of administrative and/or office management experience, including executive support
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom/Teams, and general office technologies; experience with financial systems or ERP tools is a plus
Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a high level of discretion and professionalism when handling confidential information
