Job Title: Facility Inventory Administrator
Pay: $27.00/hr - $30.00/hr

Job Summary:
The Facility Inventory Administrator is responsible for managing and tracking facilities-related assets, equipment, spare parts, and maintenance inventory. This role ensures that building systems, tools, and maintenance supplies are accurately recorded, readily available, and effectively maintained to support safe and efficient plant operations.
Duties/Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate records of facilities assets, including HVAC systems, electrical equipment,
plumbing systems, tools, and maintenance machinery.
• Track and manage maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) inventory, including spare parts,
consumables, and safety equipment.
• Perform routine cycle counts and physical audits to ensure inventory accuracy and asset
accountability.
• Organize and maintain proper labeling, storage, and control of maintenance stockrooms and asset
locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and proactively replenish critical spare parts to prevent equipment
downtime.
• Coordinate with maintenance technicians and vendors to ensure timely availability of materials
for repairs and preventive maintenance.
• Maintain and update asset and inventory data in CMMS (Computerized Maintenance
Management System) or ERP systems.
• Track asset lifecycle, including acquisition, maintenance history, calibration status, and disposal.
• Support preventive and predictive maintenance programs by ensuring parts readiness and
accurate asset tracking.
• Manage calibration records and coordinate calibration activities to ensure equipment operates
within required specifications.
• Analyze usage trends and recommend inventory strategies to optimize stock levels and reduce
excess or obsolete inventory.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and internal policies for storage, handling, and tracking
of materials.
• Assist with budgeting and forecasting for facilities inventory and asset replacement.
Required Skills/Abilities:
• Strong ability to manage MRO inventory, including maintaining optimal stock levels and ensuring
availability of critical spare parts.
• Proficiency in asset tracking and lifecycle management, including location, condition, and service
history.
• Experience supporting preventive maintenance and calibration programs.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills with attention to detail and audit readiness.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with maintenance teams, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Education and Experience:
• Associate's degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and inventory tracking systems.
• Experience in inventory or asset management, preferably in facilities or maintenance
environments.
• Experience with CMMS platforms preferred but not required.
• Familiarity with MRO inventory and facilities equipment preferred but not required.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
