Job Title: House Manager / Personal Assistant

Location: San Francisco, CA

Salary Range: $200K - $250K

Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (flexibility required for occasional events or last-minute changes)

A high-net-worth individual and family is seeking a reliable and humble House Manager / Personal Assistant to manage their household and support personal needs. This role requires discretion, strong communication, flexibility, and the ability to oversee household operations with professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

Household Management

• Oversee day-to-day operations of the home and household staff.
• Coordinate and work with security detail and vendors.
• Ensure the household runs smoothly and efficiently, including errands and organization.

Personal Assistance

• Support family members with scheduling, appointments, and personal tasks.
• Manage calendar changes, including last-minute events and special occasions.
• Serve as primary point of contact for household and personal matters.

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in household management, personal assistance, or similar roles preferred.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, proactive, and adaptable to changing needs.
• Strong leadership skills; able to manage and supervise household staff.
• Discretion, professionalism, and reliability are essential.
