Patent Agent - Biology/Life Sciences

Our client is a major international firm, seeking a USPTO registered Patent Agent for its Chemistry & Life Sciences practice in Seattle, Atlanta, Denver, Raleigh, San Francisco, Walnut Creek, Washington DC, or Winston-Salem offices. The salary for this position is between $160k to $270k.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of patent prosecution and drafting experience focused on life sciences.
• Advanced degree [Ph.D. preferred] in Biology, Biotechology, Biochemistry, or related disciplines.
• Expertise in molecular biology is highly valued.
• Strong academic credentials and excellent writing, verbal and interpersonal skills.
• All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
