Role Description

The Sr. Estimator, Commercial Construction is a full-time, on-site role located in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role involves preparing detailed and accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects, conducting quantity take-offs, and managing budgets effectively. The Sr. Estimator will collaborate with project teams, analyze project proposals, evaluate costs, and contribute to delivering successful, on-budget construction outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction estimating roles
• Proficiency in Construction Estimating and performing Quantity Take-offs
• Strong Cost Management and Budgeting skills to ensure financial accuracy
• Outstanding Communication abilities, including collaboration with diverse teams
• In-depth understanding of commercial construction processes and industry standards
• Proficiency in relevant estimating and project management software
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities
• Fulltime | In House position. Competitive compensation package|excellent benefits.
