About the Role
We are looking for a Program Quality Manager to help build and manage the operating model, governance, and performance visibility for a cross-functional organization.
This is not a technical delivery or product management role. Instead, this position is focused on creating the structure, processes, reporting, and governance routines that help multiple teams work together more effectively, consistently, and transparently.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys bringing order to complex environments, building frameworks from scratch, and working across teams to improve organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and support the operating model for a multi-team organization
  • Establish and manage governance routines, review cadences, and decision-making frameworks
  • Create and maintain dashboards, KPIs, metrics, and reporting visibility
  • Drive cross-functional coordination and improve organizational alignment
  • Design and improve processes, standards, templates, and working frameworks
  • Facilitate discussions across business and operational teams to ensure accountability and clarity
  • Support audit readiness and organizational compliance activities in a collaborative manner
  • Help track deliverables, milestones, dependencies, and program health
  • Partner with leaders and stakeholders to improve how teams operate at both strategic and execution levels
  • Support workforce-related operational routines such as training, performance review tracking, and organizational obligations
Required Skills / Experience
  • Strong experience in Program Management / PMO / Governance / Business Operations
  • Experience building or improving operating models, governance frameworks, or organizational processes
  • Strong background in cross-functional stakeholder management
  • Experience creating or managing dashboards, KPIs, scorecards, and executive reporting
  • Ability to influence teams and drive adoption without direct authority
  • Experience working in large, complex enterprise environments
  • Strong communication, facilitation, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work at both a strategic and tactical level
