Insurance Customer Service Agent

Job Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
• Assist customers with payments in person and over the phone.
• Handle a high volume of inbound calls efficiently.
• Perform a significant number of outbound calls to potential clients.
• Meet with prospective clients to assess their insurance needs.
• Educate clients about available insurance products and coverage options.
• Demonstrate multitasking abilities and meet various deadlines.
• Manage and generate leads for the company.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to encourage repeat business.

Benefits:

• First-year agents can earn between $50,000 and $60,000, depending on experience.
• Senior agents typically earn between $80,000 and $125,000 annually.
• Full-time position with a 40-hour workweek.

Requirements:

• High school diploma required; associate degree is a plus.
• Authorized to work in the US.
• Willingness to obtain a Personal Lines Insurance Broker's License.
• Bilingual candidates, especially Spanish speakers, are highly encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation is a must.
• Availability: Monday-Friday 9 AM to 7 PM, Saturday 10 AM to 5 PM, Sunday 10 AM to 4 PM.
