Customer Care Associate

The Role

As a Customer Care Associate, you will play a key role in Veev's Customer Care Department and help continue to build our reputation in the industry. We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Care Associate to join our team. This role is responsible for providing exceptional services to our homeowners, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns and ensuring a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering an outstanding customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for homeowners regarding warranty issues, service requests, and general inquiries for their home.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person meetings in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate and schedule warranty service appointments with technicians and trade partners.
• Maintain accurate records of homeowner interactions, service requests and resolutions.
• Educate homeowners on warranty coverage, maintenance responsibilities, and company policies.
• Follow up with homeowners to ensure satisfaction with services provided.
• Report any inventory home or homeowner discrepancies that need follow up to the warranty manager.
• Provide an excellent customer experience and maintain a professional demeanor in all interactions.

What You'll Bring

• Previous experience in customer service, preferably in the home building, construction, or real estate industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast paced environment.
• Positive attitude, patience, and the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.

Compensation

Pursuant to state and local pay disclosure requirements, the pay range for this role, with final offer amount dependent on skills, education, experience, and location is $27.40- 41.83 per hour for Hayward, CA and surrounding areas.
