Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• One year in compliance, and auditing (regulatory data, master data management, and data validation)
• Background in government reporting
• Life sciences experienced preferred

Job Duties:

• Collect, validate, and organize data in support of federal Sunshine Act reporting requirements
• Assist in the preparation and submission of accurate and timely Open Payments reports to CMS
• Perform data quality checks to identify discrepancies, missing information, or potential reporting errors in payment and transfer of value records
• Support the reconciliation of financial data across multiple systems including Concur and CRM databases
• Maintain detailed documentation to support audit readiness xywuqvp
• Generate regular reports and dashboards to track reporting metrics, submission deadlines, and compliance status for stakeholders
• Cross-functional collaboration to gather required data elements
• Respond to data queries from healthcare professionals
• Monitor regulatory updates and guidance for global transparency reporting
