The Merchandising Coordinator Global Women's Bottoms will support the overall execution of assigned global product categories, ensure data accuracy and sample management.

This role will report to the Director Merchandising, Levi's Global Women's Bottoms. The day-to-day manager will be the Merchant that manages the following denim assortment: Straight, Relaxed, Loose, Baggy and Bootcut leg openings.

In this role, you will:

  • Ensure data-entry integrity and maintenance of seasonal product integrity in product management systems
  • Be responsible for sample management and organization for assigned global product categories
  • Contribute to some aspects of Product Development activities
  • Act as a conduit of information, materials, and samples to regions and cross-functional teams
  • Create and maintain line plans and communicate plans with key cross-functional business partners
  • Assist Merchants with preparation for product performance reviews and sell-out reports
  • Assist with targeted consumer and competitor research via market shopping and fashion publications
  • Conduct administrative work for the merchandising team as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in related discipline xywuqvp preferred
  • 1-2-years of experience in apparel merchandising recommended
  • Strong knowledge and proficiency with MS Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
  • Experience with product management software i.e. PLM
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Effective communication, interpersonal and organizational skills across teams and levels
  • Strong collaboration and teamwork skills
  • Passion for product and the consumer
