At California Garage Door Repair, our Sales & Garage Door Technicians combine consultative sales with hands-on mechanical work. You'll meet homeowners who already need service, earn their trust, recommend the right solution, close the sale, and then perform the repair yourself. We are looking for strong sales professionals with the eagerness to earn unlimited commission. While we're looking for someone who already has garage door repair and installation experience, we'll train you in technical work to ensure you understand the California Garage Door Repair level of expertise to the customer, as long as you come with the willingness to learn!
