Role Description

This is a 100% Remote litigation position for a California-based management side labor and employment law boutique. Candidate must possess a minimum of six (6) years state and federal court civil litigation experience with an emphasis on representing employers in wage & hour class actions and individual plaintiff cases. Firm expects 1200 billed hrs. minimum.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in employment law, including discrimination, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
• Experience with administrative and civil litigation and arbitrations, including trial preparation and settlement negotiations.
• Exceptional legal writing and analytical skills.
• Strong technology skills.
• Outstanding verbal communication and presentation skills.
