Position

Litigation Associate with at least 3 years of litigation experience handling business and real estate disputes.

Responsibilities

• Independently handle right-sized cases from inception through trial


• Demonstrate exceptional research, writing, and oral advocacy skills


• Deposition experience

Qualifications

• Deposition experience


• Prior training at a major law firm or trial-intensive firm is a plus

Compensation and Benefits

Base pay range: $140,000 - $200,000+ per year, depending on experience. Highly competitive with Bay Area regional or boutique sized firms. Benefits include 401K and profit sharing, health insurance, reasonable PTO policy, and flexible in-office requirements.
