You will work closely with plant leadership, HR, and corporate stakeholders while helping shape the legal framework that supports growth, compliance, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary legal advisor for all plant level operations
- Advise leadership and HR on labor and employment matters including employee relations, union issues, disputes, investigations, and compliance
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial and operational contracts
- Provide guidance on corporate governance and internal policy compliance
- Support environmental and regulatory compliance relevant to manufacturing operations
- Manage audits, investigations, and compliance programs
- Partner with and manage external counsel as needed
- Monitor legal and regulatory changes and proactively advise leadership
- Help establish legal processes and infrastructure for a growing operation
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor or LL.M. from an accredited law school
- 5+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in an in‑house manufacturing or industrial environment
- Strong labor and employment law expertise
- Solid background in corporate law and contract management
- Working knowledge of environmental and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
- Experience advising business leaders in fast‑paced, operational settings
- Strong judgment, discretion, and communication skills
Preferred Experience
- Supporting a new facility launch or rapidly scaling operation
- Experience in multinational or cross‑cultural organizations
