Summary

As a Media Supervisor, you'd be at the core of our digital ad operations crafting strategic, data‑driven media plans for political, nonprofit, and advocacy clients. You'd be responsible for the planning, setup, performance analysis, and optimization of paid media campaigns, especially across Meta, Google, and programmatic platforms. This role is ideal for candidates with digital media buying experience who are eager to collaborate cross‑functionally with internal creative and strategy teams, communicate clearly with clients and colleagues delivering smart, consultative value, and to monitor ad pacing, performance, and budget delivery in real‑time.

Preferred Experience

• Minimum three cycles of experience in media buying and advertising programs
• Strong familiarity with programmatic media buying tools
• Proficiency with analytics, spreadsheets, and ad tracking.
