Tender Greens - - Responsibilities: Performing various kitchen cleaning and storage activities such as properly cleaning and sanitizing all dishes, glassware, utensils and pots, general and equipment cleaning, storage and rotation of food and supplies; Restocking dishes in front and back of house; Assisting with cleaning other areas of the restaurant as requested; Light cooking and prepping duties; Handling all foods, storage, and cleaning activities in accordance with sanitary procedures and standards
