The Terraces of Los Gatos is a premier nonprofit Life Plan Community located near downtown Los Gatos, just steps from restaurants, shops, coffee spots, and the natural beauty of Vasona Lake County Park. Set on a beautifully designed nine-acre campus with lush landscaping, gardens, and courtyards, the community offers an exceptional environment for an experienced Nursing Home Administrator (internally known as Health Services Administrator (HSA)). Known for its welcoming, mission-driven culture, first-rate amenities, and strong interdisciplinary collaboration, the Terraces supports high-quality care across a full continuum that includes independent living, assisted living, skilled nursing, rehabilitation, and memory support. This role offers the opportunity to serve as a key member of the leadership team, with primary focus on skilled nursing and healthcare services, helping to drive excellence, regulatory integrity, and compassionate care while strengthening a true sense of community.
Our ideal HSA is dedicated to providing excellent service to residents through our “Philosophy for Person-Directed Care” and is committed to fostering a positive and supportive work culture. The HSA leads the Health Center (skilled nursing) in alignment with federal, state, and local standards, and oversees the full scope of health services programs to ensure quality care and services are delivered within budgetary guidelines.
The annual salary for this position is $160,000 - $185,000 (DOE) + performance-based incentive
