Location: 600 E Main St Richmond, VA 23219 (REMOTE IN and Around Richmond, VA)

Duration: 12+ Month Contract with possibility to extension

Some On Site required: Can be 100% remote, however, mgr prefers local Richmond candidates. If candidate lives in RVA area, they require that they come on site 2 days/week

ABOUT THE ROLE

10 + years of Experience in PowerBuilder, Design and Development experience using Agile Software Development.

Hands-on experience developing PowerBuilder 3-tier applications using PowerBuilder 12zz.5 or higher

Hands-on experience using Relational Databases, such as Oracle 19C or higher or MySQL or similar.

Design and develop clear and maintainable code.

Experience using software project tracking tools such as Azure DevOps

Independently performs a variety of complicated software development tasks using PowerBuilder.

Knowledge on TAX-Integrated Revenue Management System (IRMS) - highly desired

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Self-motivated and ability to work well in a team.

Interact with a multi-disciplined team to clarify analyze, assess requirements-

Work independently and collaboratively on a multi-disciplined project team in an Agile development environment.

Contribute to detailed design and architectural discussions as well as customer requirements sessions to support the implementation PowerBuilder Applications

Hands-on experience developing PowerBuilder 3-tier applications using PowerBuilder 11.5 or higher
