As an administrative manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Alameda County Program ensuring the smooth running of our office. This is a key leadership role, requiring excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a strong attention to detail.

Summary of the Position: Administrative Manager will provide office support for all aspects of our Alameda County Program. The Administrative Manager functions as the primary office support including acting as office receptionist, prepare weekly paperwork and payroll processing, and maintains confidential participant and personnel records.
