Job Summary:
The Supply Tech Business Systems Partner will play a critical role within the Revenue Operations team, enabling operational excellence for Airbnb's global sales organization. This role partners closely with Sales, Revenue Operations, Field Leadership, and cross-functional technology teams to design, implement, and scale systems, tools, and processes that support business growth. The ideal candidate combines strong business acumen, technical systems expertise, and strategic thinking to translate go-to-market strategies into scalable operational solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Revenue Operations, Field Sales, and leadership teams to define and implement systems and processes that support business growth and revenue goals
  • Drive execution and operationalization of tools and systems aligned with central programs and GTM strategies
  • Own and manage the roadmap for technical initiatives, ensuring alignment with business priorities
  • Collaborate with internal BizTech teams and external vendors to deliver scalable solutions
  • Prioritize business requirements and manage multiple concurrent initiatives effectively
  • Provide visibility into program progress, risks, and milestones; escalate issues proactively
  • Support Sales and Business teams with technical implementation strategies and solutions
  • Enable data-driven decision-making by partnering on reporting, analytics, and insights
  • Act as a key cross-functional liaison across Sales, Operations, and Technology teams


Must-Have Skills:
  • Strong experience with Salesforce and GTM tech stack (Gong, MixMax, etc.)
  • Proven ability to manage complex cross-functional programs end-to-end
  • Deep understanding of Sales Operations / Revenue Operations processes
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Industry Experience:
  • 10+ years of experience in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or Sales Enablement
  • Experience working in high-growth, tech-driven organizations (preferably SaaS, marketplace, or platform-based companies)
  • Exposure to end-to-end customer lifecycle (pre-sales, sales, customer success)
  • Strong background in GTM strategy execution and sales process optimization
