As a Senior HR Business Partner, you will coach business leaders, design and provide talent solutions to business challenges, and advise executive leadership on organizational design and strategy. Success in this role relies on your ability to grasp business priorities and translate them into impactful initiatives. You will provide data-driven recommendations that enhance organizational effectiveness, boost employee engagement, and foster talent development. Your role will also involve leading strategic initiatives related to organizational design, culture, inclusion, and service opportunities you discover.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • 8+ years of HR experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience managing undefined challenges with strong problem-solving capabilities.
  • HRBP experience supporting technology-focused teams.
  • Prior executive coaching experience.
  • Strong analytical skills to identify key metrics and implement solutions for positive change.
  • Solid business acumen.
  • Exceptional communication and writing abilities.

This position offers a competitive salary based on geographic location, ranging from $117,000/year to $193,400/year, along with a comprehensive compensation package, including equity, sign-on payments, and a full range of medical, financial, and other benefits.
