Akkodis is seeking a Process Expert for a Contract with a client in Chicago, IL(Remote). This role drives operational efficiency by conducting assessments, developing strategies, and leading crossfunctional process optimization initiatives.
Rate Range: $41/hour to $56/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.
Process Expert job responsibilities include:
- Conduct endtoend process assessments to identify inefficiencies, cost drivers, and cycletime reduction opportunities.
- Develop and implement Lean, Six Sigma, and BPMbased strategies to drive operational transformation and improve business efficiency.
- Use data and analytics tools (Power BI, Power Query, VBA) to analyze process performance and support optimization initiatives.
- Lead process improvement projects, managing timelines, deliverables, and crossfunctional collaboration throughout the project lifecycle.
- Partner with business and technology stakeholders to gather requirements, validate solutions, and ensure successful implementation of improvements.
- Create detailed process maps, document futurestate designs, and present insights and recommendations to leadership to influence decisionmaking.
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, Business, Operations, or a related field (master's degree preferred).
- 8-10 years of experience in Process Engineering, Business Process Excellence, or Operational Improvement roles.
- Six Sigma Certification (Green, Yellow, or Black Belt) with the ability to demonstrate successful process implementations.
- Proven experience leading Lean/Six Sigma process improvement initiatives and collaborating with crossfunctional business and technology teams.
