Join the dynamic team at Hilton San Francisco Union Square, a major landmark in the heart of Downtown San Francisco! Our Hilton properties are ideally situated near cultural venues like the Curran and ACT theaters, just two blocks from Union Square and Westfield San Francisco Centre. With a largefootprint, our Union Square property boasts 1921 rooms and an impressive 150,000 square feet of meeting space, while Parc 55 features 1024 rooms and over 30,000 square feet dedicated to meetings.

We are looking for a dedicated Security Officer to ensure the safety and security of our guests and team members while contributing to our commitment to outstanding service and financial success.

Wage: $28.00 per hour

Schedule: Open availability is required, including days, nights, overnights, weekends, and holidays. This role typically operates from 2:00 PM to 10:30 PM.

Ideal Candidates Will Have:

• At least one year of customer service experience.
• Previous experience in security, military, or law enforcement is preferred.
• Experience in the hotel industry is a plus.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Conducting regular patrols of the hotel and property to identify potential safety and security risks.
• Responding promptly to emergencies including safety hazards, fires, and medical situations.
• Encouraging safe work practices among staff.
• Beginning preliminary investigations into incidents as necessary.
• Accurately documenting events and incidents as required.
• Addressing guest inquiries and resolving issues promptly and courteously.
