We are looking for a Front Office Leader to guide our dynamic Front Office team at Hilton San Francisco Union Square!

This historic hotel boasts a unique architectural structure with 1,921 rooms and extensive banquet facilities, making it a prominent destination in the heart of San Francisco.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least two years of experience in Front Office Management.
  • Experience in hotels with 400 to 500 rooms.
  • Preferred experience with Hilton Brands and Union management.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including overnight.

Salary Range: $78,000 to $85,000

Responsibilities: In this role, you will oversee Front Office operations to ensure exceptional guest service and financial success. Your tasks will include:

  • Managing all Front Office functions including guest registration, room inventory, and overall hospitality standards.
  • Developing and supervising team member performance through coaching and recognition.
  • Monitoring service trends, addressing challenges, and implementing improvements.
  • Ensuring compliance with Hilton standards and policies.
  • Engaging with guests to address inquiries and resolve issues promptly.
  • Promoting hotel services and techniques to maximize revenue.
  • Providing team members with knowledge about hotel offerings and local attractions.
  • Conducting necessary audit procedures.
  • Recruiting, interviewing, and training new team members.
