Join our team in a hybrid role based in Wall, NJ, as a Contract Customer Service Representative.
This position involves engaging with customers to promote energy-efficiency programs.
Responsibilities include handling customer calls, supporting promotional events, and collaborating on marketing activities. Proficiency in general office software is required.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming and outgoing customer calls to promote energy-efficiency programs.
Achieve market segment performance and customer satisfaction goals.
Assist in developing and implementing market-based promotions.
Provide support at promotional events.
Perform additional duties as necessary.

Qualifications
Associate degree preferred.
0-2 years of experience in customer service or sales preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Competitive attitude and proficiency in general office software.
Bilingual in English/Spanish is a plus.
