Position Summary
The Assistant Manager is a hands-on, working manager responsible for providing management expertise in the development, preparation and implementation of CTA's financial systems and reporting structures. Inaddition to supervising staff, this position performs substantive financial and accounting work and leads finance-related projects, including regulatory reporting and internal control oversight. The position works closely with the Accounting Manager to manage staff; evaluate, implement, and maintain financial accounting systems and system of internal controls; oversee finance-related projects, including regulatory reporting; and support management in the development and execution of organizational policies.
