Summary

We are seeking an experienced QA / QE Lead with strong Guidewire Insurance Suite expertise to lead and improve testing maturity for a key insurance client. The role requires hands-on Guidewire test automation, strong QE program management, and the ability to transform teams from low test maturity to an automation-driven QE model.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead QE strategy across Guidewire Insurance Suite (Policy, Billing, Claims).
• Drive testing maturity improvement using automation frameworks.
• Own QE program management, test planning, and release readiness.
• Design and scale Guidewire test automation solutions.
• Manage senior stakeholders and ensure delivery excellence.
