Job Summary
The Program & Events Coordinator works with faculty, senior leadership, and other staff to plan and coordinate key aspects of ongoing projects, programs, and initiatives ofthe Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health Program at the Global Brain Health Institute (GBHI). Key responsibilities include coordinating and executing complex, high-visibility events and meetings involving influential partners and members of the campus community. Regular international travel is expected. This role will also provide administrative support and coordination for operational activities, will prepare materials and coordinate activities for the Advisory Boards, and will support scheduling and other administrative tasks for the Director and Assistant Directors.
The final salary and offer components are subject to additional approvals based on UC policy.
Your placement within the salary range is dependent on a number of factors including your work experience and internal equity within this position classification at UCSF. For positions that are represented by a labor union, placement within the salary range will be guided by the rules in the collective bargaining agreement.
The salary range for this position is $66,700 - $100,000 (Annual Rate).

GLOBAL BRAIN HEALTH INSTITUTE
The Global Brain Health Institute (GBHI) works to reduce the scale and impact of dementia by training and supporting a new generation of leaders in brain health. GBHI's unique Atlantic Fellows for Equity in Brain Health training program is a 12-month fellowship where trainees come from a wide range of inter professional backgrounds including doctors, lawyers, writers, artists, caregivers and policy-makers. GBHI competes to attract high quality, international candidates and seeks to raise greater awareness of the program through written materials, social media and a strategic communications.
