Retro develops therapies for diseases driven by the biology of aging. We focus on cellular reprogramming and autophagy to rejuvenate cell and tissue function with the ultimate aim of adding 10 years to healthy human lifespan.
We are hiring a detail-oriented, people-centric Recruiter. Youwill be part of the Human Experience (HX) team and will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting, from need assessment to offer and onboarding. You will manage several requisitions at a time and will drive the lifecycle of the process; coordinating with hiring managers, creating sourcing and outreach plans, and conducting initial screens. You will report to the lead of the HX team.
