Role: SAP OTC Business Systems Analyst - Contractor
Location: Santa Clara, CA (5 days onsite)
Duration: 11+ Month

Key Focus:
Minimum of 10 years of experience as an SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) Analyst, with a strong focus on Electronic Document Integration (EDI) across Sales Order, Shipping, and Billing processes.
• Proven expertise in configuring the SD module, particularly in order management, logistics execution, and billing functionalities.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to understand and apply changes to the Global Template in accordance with regional/legal standards.
• Experience in working with sales and distribution models, with a specialization in EDI integration across various processes.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of successfully working with both onshore and offshore teams.

Contract description

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and implementation of SAP integration architectures, including SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI-PI and CPI-DS), SAP PI/PO, SAP Data Services, and SAP SLT.
• Develop and implement Technical/Integration Architectures, ensuring alignment with development, runtime, and operations requirements.
• Design and execute Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) and Cloud Integration/Data Platform solutions, including B2B and EDI integrations.
• Deliver integrated solutions using Agile methodologies and Model-Driven techniques, ensuring timely and effective project execution.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in a highly integrated environment, including cloud-based applications, while collaborating with offshore development teams.

• Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in SAP integration architecture, with a focus on SAP OTC and Sales & Distribution models.
• Proven expertise in EDI integration across sales order, shipping, and billing processes, including the setup and maintenance of trading partner profiles.
• Strong knowledge of EDI standards such as X12 and EDIFACT, with experience in developing mapping specifications to transform data between SAP IDocs and EDI formats.
• Experience integrating the latest SAP solutions (S/4HANA, BW/4HANA) with SAP SaaS cloud applications (IBP, Ariba).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand and analyze changes in SAP and provide design recommendations for implementation.
