A highly regarded litigation-focused law firm is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support its Managing Partner. The firm operates in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is known for its sophisticated practice and commitment to excellence.

The Executive Assistant will play a critical role in ensuring the Managing Partner's time, communications, and priorities are managed effectively while maintaining the highest level of discretion.

About the Job:

  • Provide comprehensive executive support, including complex calendar management, meeting coordination, and preparation of briefing materials and follow-ups.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications, exercising sound judgment and professionalism.
  • Coordinate domestic and international travel, including itineraries, logistics, and expense reporting.
  • Prepare correspondence, presentations, and administrative documentation with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical records and support document management processes.
  • Assist with office operations, special projects, and professional events as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with leadership and team members to ensure efficient workflow and seamless daily operations.
About You:
  • 5+ years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative experience within a law firm or professional services environment.
  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • High level of discretion and experience handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ability to quickly learn new systems.
  • Proactive, resourceful, and able to anticipate needs in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technically proficient, with advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
