Our client, a leading organization in autonomous mobility, is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Finance Operations Analyst to join their dynamic team. As a Finance Operations Analyst, you will be an integral part of the Finance Department supporting the procurement and financial complianceprocesses. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong analytical skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will enable you to thrive within our inclusive and collaborative environment.

Job Title: Finance Operations Analyst

Location: Foster City, CA

Pay Range: $69/hour + Benefits

What's the Job?

• Review purchase requisitions (PRs) to ensure compliance with accounting policies and proper structure.
• Communicate effectively with business owners to gather additional information and clarify requisition details.
• Review agreements and contracts for accurate PR structure and coding purposes.
• Re-structure PRs and POs based on updated policies and guidelines.
• Guide and support business teams on procurement requirements and best practices.

What's Needed?

• Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience or HS Diploma/GED with 8 to 10 years of experience.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams.
• Solid understanding of U.S. GAAP accounting principles.
• Experience with major ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or Netsuite.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUP, and financial modeling.
