Position Summary:
The Director of Finance and Administration, reporting to the CEO, is a senior leadership role responsible for stewarding the financial, administrative, and operational resources of Pets In Need in support of its mission. This position provides strategic and hands-on leadership across accounting and finance, budgeting and forecasting, compliance, information technology (IT), and facilities management. The Director partners closely with the CEO, senior leadership team, and Board of Directors to ensure financial sustainability, strong internal controls, and efficient, secure, and mission-aligned operations. Additionally, they work to identify new revenue streams. Our Salary Range is competitive; $150,000 to $185,000 with the upper range for candidates who possess both essential and preferred experience.
