TPG has exciting Customer Service Representative positions with a well-established and stable company health service organization in the Pleasant Hill area. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in phone-supported customer service,with strong skills in handling challenging customer situations while maintaining professionalism and composure.

Responsibilities:

  • Answer incoming calls and provide high-quality customer support
  • Handle escalated or challenging customer interactions with patience and professionalism
  • Update and maintain customer account information accurately
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues in a timely manner
  • Ensure all customer interactions are documented and follow company policies
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2 years of phone-supported customer service experience
  • Proven ability to manage difficult customers calmly and effectively
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Detail-oriented with excellent typingdata entry accuracy
  • Experience in a healthcare or service-related environment preferred but not required

Location: Pleasant Hill, CA area (On-site only - no remote/hybrid)

Pay Rate & Benefits: $19-$20 per hour DOE plus Medical Insurance after 60 days and Paid Sick Leave after 90 days
