Customer Service Sales Lead

We are seeking a Customer Service Sales Lead who thrives in a fast-paced environment and serves as a senior support resource for customers and teammates. This is a non-managerial lead role focused on operational excellence, collaboration, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

This role works closely with the Customer Service Manager, Director of Customer Service, and Sales leadership to ensure smooth order execution and clear communication.

What You Will Do

  • Act as primary contact for escalated customer service and sales concerns.
  • Support daily operations including order entry, scheduling, refunds, exchanges, and warranty inquiries.
  • Reinforce company policies, procedures, and service standards.
  • Collaborate with Sales to ensure accurate orders and communication.
  • Resolve complaints efficiently and professionally.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare operational and sales-related reports.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.
What We Are Looking For
  • 2+ years of experience in customer service, sales support, or retail operations.
  • Prior senior associate or lead experience preferred.
  • Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead by example without direct supervisory authority.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Sales and Operations teams.
Work Environment

Corporate office environment. Desk-based role requiring regular computer and phone use, extended sitting, office mobility, and occasional lifting up to 15 lbs. Fast-paced setting with high customer interaction volume.

Pay Transparency (California)

The pay rate for this position is $26.00 per hour, determined by experience, skills, and internal equity.
