At Guide Dogs for the Blind (GDB), we train guide dogs to create partnerships with individuals who are blind or visually impaired. We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Programs Coordinator to provide administrative and operational support across our Guide Dog, Orientation & Mobility, and K9 Buddy programs. Reporting to the Director of Training and Field Services, this role plays an essential part in ensuring smooth program delivery through logistics coordination, client communications, equipment management, and documentation support.

What you'll do:

• Coordinate program logistics including class schedules, room and vehicle reservations, travel arrangements, and shared calendars to support client program operations

• Prepare, distribute, and track client and dog materials, equipment, forms, and program documentation, including adoption paperwork, IDs, contracts, applications, and shipments during training programs

• Respond to equipment requests from the Client Support Center by packaging and mailing supplies and materials to clients

• Manage procurement, vendor coordination, inventory tracking, and expense monitoring for program supplies including office, training, kennel, dog, and vehicle equipment

• Provide administrative and financial support including document preparation, data entry, statistical reporting, invoice processing, petty cash management, and assistance with annual budget preparation

• Maintain accurate records across systems including Microsoft 365, Salesforce, and SurveyMonkey; collect survey data, support cross-department coordination, train administrative volunteers, and assist with event logistics and special projects

The qualifications you'll need:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience

• 3+ years of experience in an administrative or program coordination role

• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook; experience with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms preferred

• Excellent organizational, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with staff, clients, volunteers, vendors, and internal partners

• Experience supporting procurement, inventory management, or administrative financial processes such as invoicing, expense monitoring, or cash handling

Pay Range

$30.00-$33.00/hour
