Position Summary
The Receptionist role is responsible for providing high-level administrative support to several busy Analysts, Associates, and/or Directors within the company, including but not limited to travel, expenses and light calendar management. This position requires a team player who is highly organized, can juggle many tasks at once, not easily overwhelmed, and is comfortable interfacing with all levels of internal management and staff as well as outside clients, vendors and candidates in a fast-paced environment.
The Receptionist will be responsible for being in office five days a week, answering phones, and providing support to employees and visitors alike. This role also works closely with the Office Services Coordinator and Office Manager handling logistics for large office meetings, employee training sessions, and board meetings for Vista companies.
This role will be based in our San Francisco office and is for an immediate start.
