What's Involved?

📞 Make friendly weekly phone calls to an older adult in your community

⏰ Just 15–30 minutes a week — completely flexible with your schedule

🤝 Build meaningful relationships and help reduce senior loneliness

🏡 Volunteer from the comfort of your home

🎓 Orientation and training will be provided

No special skills needed — just a caring heart and a listening ear. We provide training and support.
