RGP is seeking a senior Workday Talent & Performance Management functional consultant to support our client's People Technology organization as part of a managed services engagement supporting the Workday platform. The consultant will provide functional expertise, operational support, configuration guidance, reporting development, and issue resolution for Workday Talent and Performance Management processes. The role will directly support the execution of 2026 performance management cycle including quarterly check-ins, upward feedback, colleague input, growth objectives tracking, talent action planning, and performance review calibration preparation. The consultant will partner closely with: Technology, HR Business Partners, Talent Management teams, HR Operations leadership. The objective is to ensure Workday talent processes run smoothly, reporting is accurate, and HR stakeholders are supported throughout the performance management cycle.
Support configuration and execution of the Workday Talent processes including: Quarterly Check-Ins, Upward Feedback collection, Colleague Input, Growth Objectives tracking, Talent Action Planning
Performance Review cycle preparation, Calibration readiness
Validate and maintain Workday business process frameworks
Review and update templates, forms, and workflow routing
Monitor participation and completion rates across organizations
Support HR partners, managers, and employees using Workday processes
Troubleshoot system issues impacting submissions or workflow execution
Provide reporting and metrics to HR leadership
Provide hands-on functional support across Workday Talent capabilities: Performance Reviews, Feedback and Continuous Performance, Goals and Growth Objectives, Talent Reviews, Succession Planning (if applicable), Employee and Manager self-service workflows

Workday release impact analysis
Develop and maintain reporting to support the performance cycle.
Monitoring check-in and review completion rates
Generating talent reporting for HR leadership
Data exports for talent planning discussions
Workday report writing
Ensuring data integrity across talent processes
Providing insights into performance participation and trends
Investigate and resolve functional issues
Support HR partners with system troubleshooting
Maintain issue logs and resolution documentation
Coordinate with Workday support teams as needed
Document system improvement opportunities
Participating in weekly operational meetings
Supporting governance reporting
Communicating system updates and issues
Documenting recommendations for process improvements
5-8+ years Workday HCM experience
3-5+ years focused on Workday Talent / Performance Management
Strong experience with: Performance Reviews, Feedback, Goals, Talent Review, Check-Ins / Continuous Performance
Hands-on configuration experience preferred
Workday Business Process Framework
Workday reporting (advanced reporting preferred)
Workday release management awareness
Workday Talent & Performance Certification
Workday HCM Certification
Experience supporting large global Workday tenants
Industry Experience: Life sciences, Pharmaceutical (preferred)
Large global organization experience
Complex HR governance environments
Experience supporting global HR processes across multiple regions (EMEA / APAC) is a plus.
Strong HR process understanding

Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
Experience working in managed services or post-implementation support environments
Supported multiple Workday performance cycles
Hands-on Workday Talent configuration experience
Experience supporting HR leadership during talent reviews and calibration
