Position Overview:
As a Client Service Associate, you will play an integral role in the implementation of our clients' financial plans, ensuring accurate, timely, and professional execution.

What You Will Be Responsible For:
Your core focus will include:
- Account Implementation: Processing new investment applications and facilitating asset transfers across various account types.
- Insurance Coordination: Managing the procurement of insurance policies and obtaining carrier information on behalf of clients.
- Service Delivery & Continuity: Handling distributions, processing account changes, and maintaining meticulous client records in our CRM, RedTail.
- Operational Liaison: Acting as the bridge between clients and third parties for financial transactions, such as:
o 401(k) rollovers and account adjustments (e.g., beneficiary designations).
o Transferring securities or wiring cash to charities or other third parties.
o Obtaining information from insurance companies on behalf of clients.
What you will not be expected to do:
- Sit at a reception desk or serve as a personal assistant.
- Make marketing or prospecting calls.
- Conduct investment research or write financial plans.
What You Bring to the Role:
- Professional Experience: 2 to 4 years in financial services, with a strong preference for personal financial planning or wealth management backgrounds.
- Location & Residency: U.S. residency and existing work authorization are required. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this role.
- Technology: High proficiency with RedTail, eMoney, Wealthscape, Microsoft Office Suite, Zoom, etc., or the ability to quickly learn new technologies/platforms.
- Availability: Must be available to work standard business hours in the Central Standard Time (CST) zone. Must also be available to travel a few times a year for in-person meetings and events.
- Workspace: Must have a dedicated workspace free of distractions and sufficient internet access to support high-quality video conferencing and firm operations.
Compensation, Benefits, and Job Structure:
This is a full-time, remote position with a pay range of $50,000-$80,000 starting base salary (commensurate with experience) plus profitability bonuses.
