LHH is actively seeking an Order Management Specialist for one of our top clients in FinTech. This will be a 100% remote long term contract opportunity with our client.
The Role
We're seeking an Order Management Specialist to own and manage the full purchase order (PO) lifecycle for our hardware products. This role serves as the central point of accountability for all open orders across our supplier and retail network, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and timely closure of POs.
This is a highly hands-on role where you'll translate SKU-level cost and forecast data into purchase orders, manage in-quarter adjustments, and maintain a clear view of inventory positioning and vendor performance. You'll also oversee our retail PO portfolioensuring appropriate inventory levels relative to demand and tracking retailer-owned inventory prior to PO approval.
A key initial priority will be cleaning up the existing backlog of open POs to release committed funds. You'll be part of the SDM team, which owns the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and is driving PO automation. In this role, you'll help define requirements and support the transition from manual PO processes to automated, weekly PO generation.
